We will be having our HEAD and REGISTERED OFFICE in MUMBAI and will have branches nearly each and every state of the country.

1.Maintenance of office by handling outdoor and indoor activities efficiently.
2.Indoor activities will include filing documents, supervising the housekeeping, maintaining attendance of the employees, receiving incoming mail and courier.
3.Outdoor activities will include courier and bank work.
4.Regularly coordinating with the Accounts Team to sort out payment and accounting issues as and when they arise.
5.Coordinating with central HR Team regarding monthly payments to be made to members of sales team.
6.Sorting out payments to 3rd party vendors and business associates.
7.Day to day functions like opening of office in the morning, maintaining stationery supplies, pantry and other operational work such as printing work, etc. as & when required.
8.Handling incoming phone calls and routing them to respective department.
